Information we store

We store the information you provide to create and maintain an account, along with recipe and workflow data you choose to save in the product.

We may also retain operational data such as sign-in events, request logs, and product diagnostics needed to secure the service and investigate failures.

How we use data

  • To authenticate your account and keep the product working.
  • To save, retrieve, export, and manage your recipes.
  • To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and debug operational issues.
  • To understand product performance and improve reliability.

Your controls

  • You can export your recipe data from SoapIndex.
  • You can request account deletion and removal of associated personal data.
  • You can review the current data portability position on the Your Data page.

Third-party services

SoapIndex may rely on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, observability, or email delivery. Those providers may process data on our behalf solely to operate the service.
